War hero, Peter Gouldstone, 98, dies weeks after violent home robbery

Hero Second World War veteran Peter Gouldstone, 98, who was brutally injured during a sickening robbery at his home in north London last month, has died.

Mr Gouldstone was left for dead following the sickening attack in his own home in Enfield.

A black Panasonic 26in TV was stolen from the house along “with a number of other items”, police said.

Crimestoppers last month offered a £10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the “horrific attack”.
