Sarah Payne’s killer Roy Whiting left ‘fighting for life’ after prison attack

Sarah Payne’s killer Roy Whiting was left fighting for life after being stabbed repeatedly in prison it is being reported.

The child killer was ‘drenched in blood’ after being attacked by two murderers in his cell on Thursday.

Whiting, 59, was struck with prison made blades at HMP Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Following the attack Whiting who was jailed for life for the murder of eight-year-old Sarah in 2001, was reportedly taken to hospital with several stab wounds.

Reports claim that two prisoners burst into Whiting’s cell before ‘raining blows on him’.

His current condition is not known, here’s hoping he has a slow and complicated recovery.
