Nonce who thrust exposed penis against girl, 3, in supermarket is spared jail despite breaching court order

A high-risk NONCE who thrust his exposed genitals against a three-year-old girl has been spared jail despite repeatedly flouting court orders.

Keith Holloway, 65, sexually assaulted the child in a corner of a packed supermarket in 2003.

However since his release, Holloway has filmed under the skirts of young women and offered an eight-year-old girl an ice pop, telling her she was “beautiful” and inviting her to use his new shower.

Judge Nicholas Cole refused to jail him for his latest breach, saying it was a “minor” offence and because his defence barrister said prison would be “crushing” for him.

Instead, the defendant must complete a 12-month community order with up to 20 rehabilitation activity days. He was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £350 costs.
