Man who threatened to throw toddler out of a window walks free

18 year old, Joshua Ingram, who threatened to throw a toddler out of a window walks free from court.

Ingram shoved the toddler’s up against a wall and put a knife to the Mother’s face.

He also attempted to suffocate her with a pillow.

Ingram admitted to making death threats and assaulting the Mother.

He walked out of Grimsby Crown Court laughing and joking.

The mother used her body as a shield to protect her son when Ingram said, “I’m going to throw him down the stairs. I’m going to throw him out of the window.”

Ingram proceeded to grab a knife and shouted, “I’m going to kill you both. You’re both going to die.”

Ingram told the toddler: “I’m going to kill your mum and you will be left with no one.”

The mother “felt utter panic” for herself and her son.

Ingram was given a 2 year suspended sentence, 150 hours community service, 3 month curfew, 2 year of supervision and 30 daysof rehab.

He is banned from contacting the mother and son for life.
