The mother of a baby who was shaken to death has been told she could face jail if she “harasses” her son’s killer.
Karly Hopson helped expose killer Jason Redgrave’s true identity to staff after he was spotted working in a restaurant.
Redgrave was jailed for eight years in 2012 for the manslaughter of the 6 month old tot But after his release the 30-year-old used a fake ID to get a job at Damon’s restaurant in Lincoln.
The distraught mother has said: “The police have been to my house and told me I will be arrested if I put anything else about him on social media. Apparently he has accused me of harassment.
“They say he has been receiving abusive texts and phone calls – not from me, I don’t have his number and definitely don’t want to talk to him – and is scared to leave the house.
“Well I’m pleased he’s scared to leave the house and is always having to look over his shoulder to be honest after what he did.”
