Baby P mother ‘allowed to contact her kids from prison to build bridges’

The mum of baby P has been granted contact with her children as she makes a new bid for freedom, it is claimed

Tracey Connelly has reportedly been allowed to ‘build bridges’ with her kids – despite being barred from meeting them face-to-face

Social workers granted Connolly permission to write to her family from HMP Low Newton where she is currently being held, according to the Sun.

She hopes the two letters will show prison chiefs that she has changed and deserves a second chance at parole. 

Peter died in 2007 after suffering serious physical abuse at the hands of her partner Steven Barker and his paedophile brother Jason Owen.
